This review explores the potential benefits and challenges of integrating microlearning and short-form videos (Reels) into continuing nursing education. By analyzing the characteristics, educational applications, and observed impacts of these tools, this study highlights their advantages in reducing learning burdens, enhancing learning engagement, and supporting professional growth. Recommendations are provided to guide the implementation of innovative educational models that align with the needs of nursing professionals. |
