Organic-inorganic halide perovskite solar cells have been paid much attention because of their high conversion efficiency. However, the absorber layer involved with lead element and poor stability can limit the commercialization. In the study, the spray coating was firstly developed to prepare the electron transport layer of tin oxides and the absorber layer of Cs2AgBiBr6 double perovskites. The effects of spray parameters on film uniformity, transmittance, and coverage of tin oxides were investigated. Besides, the absorber layer of Cs2AgBiBr6 was optimized by the spray coating under different environments. The solar cell based on spray-coated Cs2AgBiBr6 was successfully made to evaluate the performance. |
