Inverted-type perovskite thin film solar cells

鈣鈦礦薄膜太陽能電池可分為正式與反式兩種元件結構類型。本文主要介紹反式結構鈣鈦礦薄膜太陽能電池，元件架構為Ag/電子傳遞層/吸光層/電洞傳遞層/透明導電薄膜/透明基板，一共五層薄膜及四個界面。將透過理解並操控薄膜及層間接觸的特性來實現效率超過20%的反式結構鈣鈦礦薄膜太陽能電池。

Perovskite thin-film solar cells can be classified as regular and inverted device structures. In this report, we mainly focus on the introduction of inverted perovskite thin-film solar cells. The device structure is Ag/electron transport layer/light absorbing layer/hole transport layer/transparent conductive thin film/transparent substrate, which consists of five layers and four interfaces. The power conversion efficiency of inverted perovskite thin-film solar cells can be increased to over 20% via the understandings and manipulations on the properties of the thin films and the interfacial contacts.
