英文摘要	As to the application of Anti-reflection (AR) coating layers on Polarizer, one of the main problems is adhesion reliability between AR coating layers and substrate. The effects of (a) Plasma source pretreatment, (b) stress of AR coating layers, (c) anti-UV material, and (d) adhesion layer SiO2 were tried and discussed.
