高速面射型雷射之簡易製程方法

本文主要探討氧化侷限面射型雷射之簡易製程技術。高溫壽命測試結果顯示，利用該製程技術所製作之元件可連續操作超過10000小時，高頻眼圖亦證實該元件可操作在10Gbps的速度。

A simple processing technology for oxide confined vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers fabrication is reported in this article. Results of the burn-in test up to the present-day show that the high temperature lifetime of the fabricated devices exceeded 10000 hours. The eye diagrams show that the devices can be modulated up to 10 Gbps.
