Climate change leads to global warming, thus increasng the frequency and severity of droughts and floods, so that the animal and plant diseases and pests spread rapidly. In order to maintain the sustainable development of the earth and human, the international community has promoted relevant countermeasures to reverse the environmental damage, which was caused by human through continuous environmental destruction and pollution due to industrialization. Climate change poses direct or indirect challenges to food safety. In order to solve the dilemma caused by climate change, global cooperation and interdisciplinary collaboration are needed. In terms of food safety issues, agriculture department, health department and relevant departments should cooperate with each other to formulate the comprehensive countermeasures from farm to table. |
