隨著牙科技術的日新月異，對於無法保存之牙齒拔除後的重建有愈趨多元的方式。自體齒移植即是其一，透過多餘的牙齒取代缺牙區以恢復齒列完整性，相較於傳統固定假牙、活動假牙、植牙或矯正等方式，成本考量及獲得效益較佳，臨床上也有不錯的成功率。術式操作的過程中涉及牙醫學的不同面向，需要跨科協同治療，以達成符合治療計畫的結果。本篇文章從根管治療在自體齒移植中的角色出發，透過文獻回顧探討拔牙後組織癒合、案例選擇、臨床操作步驟等，期望提供臨床牙醫師作為治療參考。

With the rapid development of dental technology, there are more and more ways to reconstruct teeth that cannot be preserved. Autologous tooth transplantation (autotransplantation) is one of them. This approach restores the integrity of the dentition by replacing the edentulous area with other teeth. Compared with traditional treatments like fixed dentures, removable dentures, dental implants or orthodontics, patients can have another choice, and there is also a good clinical success rate. The process of autotransplantation involves different aspects of dentistry and requires interdisciplinary treatment to achieve optimal results. This article conducted a comprehensive literature review to provide an introduction to autotransplantation, including the tissue healing mechanism after tooth extraction, case selection, clinical operation tips, etc., offering clinicians a reference for treatment.
