| 英文摘要 |
This study reports a case of uterine rupture during pregnancy following laparoscopic myomectomy, highlighting the potential risks associated with post-surgical pregnancies, especially in late gestation. Although the incidence of uterine rupture is low, close monitoring and risk assessment are essential for pregnant women with a history of myomectomy. Existing literature remains insufficient, particularly regarding the impact of surgical methods, fibroid characteristics, and the interval between surgery and pregnancy. Further research is needed to improve clinical management and decisionmaking. |
