Uterine rupture during pregnancy after laparoscopic myomectom

本研究報告了一例腹腔鏡子宮肌瘤切除術後妊娠併發子宮破裂的病例，強調術後妊娠期的潛在風險，尤其是在妊娠晚期。儘管子宮破裂的發生率較低，但對於有手術史的孕婦應進行嚴格的監測和風險評估。現有文獻數據仍不足，尤其是手術方式、肌瘤特徵與術後妊娠間隔等因素的風險評估，需進一步研究以優化臨床管理和決策。

This study reports a case of uterine rupture during pregnancy following laparoscopic myomectomy, highlighting the potential risks associated with post-surgical pregnancies, especially in late gestation. Although the incidence of uterine rupture is low, close monitoring and risk assessment are essential for pregnant women with a history of myomectomy. Existing literature remains insufficient, particularly regarding the impact of surgical methods, fibroid characteristics, and the interval between surgery and pregnancy. Further research is needed to improve clinical management and decisionmaking.
