The purpose of this study is to explore the effect on perceived performance after adopt Talent Quality-management System (TTQS) in hospitality industry. We explored the moderated effect of employee engagement and top manager support on the internal business processes perceived performance and learning and growth perceived performance. As the design of this study, the focus is to use the two facets of the Balanced Scorecard as a standard of performance after the introduction of TTQS. Mining questionnaire to collect data, it is expected to send 250 copies of questionnaires. The result of this study provides comprehensive recommendations for the hospitality industry to have a positive effect after adopting TTQS on the internal business processes perceived performance, a positive effect after adopting TTQS on the learning and growth perceived performance, and employee engagement has a moderated effect on the internal business processes perceived performance. Top manager support has a moderated effect on the internal business processes perceived performance and learning and growth perceived performance. |
