A Preliminary Discussion of Intelligence Transformation Strategies for Petrochemical Industry Equipment

石化及化工業之製程安全相關事故的後果常常嚴重而且發生率低。事故調查顯示，超過一半的事故是由設備失效引起。有鑑於智慧化技術的成熟，可應用相關技術協助企業的製程安全管理制度更為完整及落實。本研究從智慧工廠架構來談智慧化轉型策略，來強化安全關鍵設備的完整性，和製程安全管理。

The consequences of process safety accidents in the petrochemical and chemical industries are often severe and occur infrequently. Accident investigations indicate that more than half of these accidents are caused by equipment failures. Given the maturity of intelligent technologies, these can be applied to enhance the completeness and implementation of process safety management systems within enterprises. This study discusses intelligent transformation strategies from the perspective of a smart manufacturing framework, aiming to strengthen the integrity of safety critical elements and process safety management.
