21世紀以來，互聯網在中國大陸的迅猛發展，使得中國大陸採取互聯網+戰略來推動產業的創新升級。本文通過探討互聯網+的創新內涵和創新模式，分類介紹了中國大陸互聯網＋產業創新的現狀和趨勢特點，並分析了中國政府推動互聯網＋產業創新升級的戰略舉措，從而展現互聯網＋產業創新升級能夠在中國大陸蓬勃發展、遍地開花的重要原因。

Since the 21st century, the rapid development of the Internet in mainland China has made Mainland China adopt the Internet + strategy to promote industrial innovation and upgrading. By exploring the innovation connotation and innovation mode of Internet +, this paper classifies the status quo and trend characteristics of Internet + industrial innovation in mainland China, and analyzes the strategic measures taken by the Chinese government to promote Internet + industrial innovation and upgrading, so as to show the important reasons why Internet + industrial innovation and upgrading can flourish and blossom everywhere in mainland China.
