The leading cause of death in our country is malignant tumors, and chemotherapy is an essential treatment method. With the toxic and hazardous nature of chemotherapy drugs and the complexity of chemotherapy plans, information technology plays a vital role in supporting medical staff in providing accurate treatments to cancer patients. The objective of this research was to explore the potential impact of system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and subjective norms on the medical staff's intention to continuously use chemotherapy information systems. This study employed the information system success model to develop a questionnaire and conducted reliability and validity tests. The research focused on 114 medical personnel who utilized the chemotherapy information system in a regional hospital in the southern region. SPSS 24.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 were utilized as data analysis tools to establish a structural equation model and examine the relationships between the various aspects proposed in this study. The study's results revealed that both system quality and information quality significantly and positively influenced medical staff's satisfaction with the chemotherapy information system's usage. Additionally, user satisfaction and subjective norms also had a significant and positive impact on the medical staff's intention to continue using the chemotherapy information system. |
