Tracheobronchial Diverticulum: A Case Report with Literature Review

管支氣管憩室非常罕見。一名34歲女性來我院門診進行常規胸部CT檢查。CT示第1胸椎水平氣管右後方有一圓形光滑氣囊腔。她被診斷出患有氣管憩室。由於她沒有症狀，因此建議她定期門診隨訪。氣管支氣管憩室患者通常無症狀，通常不需要治療。需要對相關疾病進行鑑別診斷，以避免在必要時延誤治療。

A tracheobronchial diverticulum is a very rare condition. A 34-year-old female visited our outpatient clinic for a routine chest CT examination. CT showed a round and smooth-shaped air-bag cavity at the right posterior aspect of the trachea at the level of the first thoracic vertebra. She was diagnosed with a tracheal diverticulum. Since she was asymptomatic, she was advised to undergo regular follow-up appointments at the outpatient clinic. As patients with a tracheobronchial diverticulum are often asymptomatic, treatment is usually unnecessary. A different diagnosis with pertinent disorders is needed so as to avoid a delayed management when necessary.
