FooSpace Co., Ltd. (“FooSpace”for short) is a micro catering retail enterprise founded in 2018. Faced with the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, founder and CEO Wang think: How should micro-enterprises with such a shortage of resources transform to survive in an external competitive environment full of uncertainty? In recent years, many industries have been undergoing digital transformation. In this study, CEO Wang proposed a problem-solving model based on the resource orchestration theory of Sirmon et al. (2011) and based on the“resources-capabilities-value”framework. Explain the cluster digital transformation cooperative operation model and the key process elements that managers need to master. The study found that under the disadvantage of micro-enterprises with very few resources, how can managers identify limited resources to form capabilities and effectively transform them into creating new value for the enterprise. It aims to provide a reference for managers of many micro-enterprises in Taiwan on how to implement digital transformation. |
