分化不良賽托利氏──萊狄氏細胞瘤：病例報告與文獻回顧

Poorly differentiated sertoli-leydig cell tumor with heterologous elements: case report and review of literature

賽托利氏-萊狄氏細胞瘤（sertoli-leydig cell tumor）是一種由卵巢或睪丸之性索間質細胞分化而來的腫瘤，僅占所有卵巢腫瘤不到0.5%，並依照分化程度可分為分化良好，中度分化與分化不良的種類，並可能有異質成份（heterogeneous element）的存在。大多數的病患以年輕女性較多，我們在此報導一位80歲女性的案例，其賽托利氏-萊狄氏細胞瘤為分化不良的種類，且含有異質之成份，並將討論這種少見腫瘤之臨床症狀、病理型態、治療以及預後。

Sertoli-leydig cell tumor arise from sex cords of both ovary and testis, and account for less of 0.5% of all ovarian neoplasm. It can be further classified into well differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated sub-type according to its cellular differentiations. Presence of heterogeneous element can also be observed, with even poorer prognosis. Most of the patient with such ovary neoplasm are within the reproductive age, nevertheless we hereby present a case of an 80-year-old woman with poorly differentiated sertoli-leydig cell tumor with heterologous elements. The article will also address the clinical symptoms, pathological features, management and prognosis of such rare tumor.
