Gastric type mucinous endocervical adenocarcinoma: a case report

胃型子宮頸黏液性腺癌（gastric type mucinous endocervical adenocarcinomas of the uterine cervix, GAC）是一種子宮頸黏液腺癌亞型。與普通型宮頸腺癌相比，GAC具有更強的侵襲性並顯示出不尋常的轉移模式。胃型子宮頸黏液性宮頸腺癌被發現時，往往都已經是第三、第四期。即使在第一期，他們的存活率也更差、再復發的風險也較高。此外，值得一提的是GAC大多與人類乳突病毒（HPV）感染無關，免疫染色p16通常呈現陰性反應。以下我們將呈現一個胃型子宮頸黏液性腺癌的個案討論以及文獻回顧。

Gastric type mucinous endocervical adenocarcinomas of the uterine cervix (GAC) are a subtype of mucinous adenocarcinoma of the cervix. Compared to the usual type of endocervical adenocarcinoma, GACs are more aggressive and display unusual patterns of metastasis. When diagnosed, gastric type mucinous adenocarcinomas are often already in stages III or IV. Even in stage I, they have a poorer survival rate and a higher risk of recurrence. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that GACs are mostly unrelated to human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, and immunohistochemical staining for p16 often shows a negative reaction. Hence, we present a case study and literature review of gastric type mucinous endocervical adenocarcinoma.
