With the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence technology along with the wave of digital transformation, the industry’s demand for talents has also increased rapidly, especially after the out¬break of COVID-19 began in 2019. This process has accelerated the digital transformation of companies. The development direction of key technologies is set by the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and big data. In addition to creating new technologies for industries, it also has a significant impact on employment opportunities. Given the technological development brought by industry 4.0, new competency emerges ac¬cordingly, resulting in changes in jobs and skills on both demand and supply side of the labor market. How to provide a more accurate understanding of labor market information and forecasts through the analysis of digital tools is the development trend currently being promoted by employment service agencies in different countries. To understand the needs of industries more quickly and in real time, it has become more important to present data through the method of visualization. There are great changes in the statistical methods and ap¬plication tools of labor data in various countries. For example, big data and artificial intelligence have been used to collect data from other sources such as recruitment websites, patent, and scientific thesis databases to provide detailed information about emerging technologies and skill requirements. This study also found that foreign job search websites place special emphasis on ease of use, while the United States focuses on the cultivation of job vacancies in individual categories, and uses AI matching to help job seekers select the most appropriate job vacancies. The EU provides detailed market job analysis through data analysis. In recent years, Japan has actively promoted vocational training and employment counseling related to nursing. Domestic job search websites are in employment counseling or career training, giving job seekers a considerable variety of services. In terms of data analysis, although the data collection and analysis was only carried out on the vacancies of the human resources bank in 2018 and 2021, the study found that there was a high demand for skills such as technician for caring service, stacker operations, and technician for Chinese culinary in Taiwan's employment channels. The development of science and technology affects the job shortage skills demand in the labor market, and examines the job search skills demand of 1111 Human Re¬sources Bank, and the demand for related skills is growing rapidly, including the briefing software Keynote, the open source paperwork software Openoffice, the professional 3D drawing software V-Ray, etc. This research conducts data analysis on the job vacancy data and uses information tools to properly clas¬sify and transform the industry and occupation standard classification. It completes the construction of inter¬active visualization web pages, presents the results of relevant data analysis as a reference for talent develop¬ment and training policy recommendations. Considering the current situation in our nation and learning from foreign experience, this research has the following recommendations: 1. Each country's job search website emphasizes ease of use and develops its own unique job search website; 2. International Forecast of Future Skills, Big Data Supplemented by Visualization is Becoming a Trend; 3. A standing observation mechanism can be established in the future to review and provide feedback on the effectiveness of the policy. |
