私立高級中等學校形象管理指標建構

A Construction of Image Management of Private Senior High School

本研究旨在探討私立高級中學形象管理指標權重系統之建構。首先，本研究綜合文獻探討，編製AHP（層級分析法）問卷作為研究工具，接著由9位私立高級中等學校學校經營管理者、9位學校招生人員進行AHP問卷調查。經逐次整合AHP意見及權重系統整合，進而提出適合私立高級中學招生策略應用。
本研究運用文獻探討進行資料收集，歸納出私立高級中等學校形象管理指標權重系統涵蓋6個層面，包涵22個向度。從AHP分析結果顯示，6個層面之相對權重，依序為「學生形象」、「學校經營管理團隊形象」、「學校關係人形象」、「環境與設備形象」、「教師專業與課程形象」、「學校文化形象」。

This study aims to construct weights system of managing image for Private Senior High School. First, with the literature review was developed as the major research instrument for AHP questionnaire in this study. Secondary, The AHP questionnaire was distributed to eighteen experts, including 9 school managers and 9 people of recr uit department of school school. With the AHP questionnaireresults, the research offer the suggestions to Private Senior High School to recruit students in the future.
According to the results of the literature review developed weights system of managing image can be classified into six major aspects and twenty two categories of the AHP questionnaire. The results of the AHP questionnaire, the study concludes the following findings: the weight ranking of six major aspects: students image, team of school manage i mage, school stakeholders image, school environment and equipment image, teacher specialized field and curriculum image and school culture image.
