臺灣每年約13%的碳排放來自於交通,除了透過綠色運具來減少交通碳排放外,也可利用智慧化的交通管理控管車流、增加號誌設計之彈性,進而減少車輛空等時間與碳排放。臺北市致力於智慧交通的發展,近年來在ICT產業迅速發展之下,臺北市交通管制工程處已擘劃智慧交控之願景。2019年已在內湖及南港區域共9處路口實施全動態號誌控制,成效斐然。另外在文林北路/文林北路75巷路口運用感應性號誌半觸動控制邏輯策略,導入影像辨識系統及行人觸動按鈕感應支道人、車到達狀況,即時調整綠燈時間,以達到增加號誌時制彈性與提升幹道行車效率,以降低交通之碳排。
英文摘要
About 13% of Taiwan's annual carbon emissions come from transportation. In addition to reducing transportation carbon emissions through green transportation gear, it is also control vehicle flow by intelligent traffic management such as smart traffic signal control to increase the flexibility of the traffic signal and reducing flow stop and carbon emissions. Taipei City is committed to development of Smart Transportation. In recent years, with rapid development of ICT industry, Taipei City Traffic Engineering Office has planned the vision of smart traffic control. In the end of 2019, already implemented full dynamic signal control at a total of 9 intersections in the NeiHu and NanGang areas, and it has achieved great results. In addition, the intersection of Wenlin North Rd. and Ln. 75 Wenlin North Rd. as an example, explain the logical strategy of using traffic-responsive signal control system with semi trafficactuated control, and import the AI edge image recognition system and the pedestrian touch button to sense vehicles and pedestrians, adjust the green light time in real time. In order to increase the flexibility of the signal timing control, improve the efficiency of the movement on the main road and reduce carbon emissions.
