模仿婦科腫瘤的胃腸道基質瘤：病例報告及文獻回顧

Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) mimicking gynecologic tumor: a case report and review of literature

胃腸道基質瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumor, GIST）是一種罕見的腫瘤，具有非特異性臨床表現，通常在手術或影像學檢查中偶然發現。當以骨盆腔腫塊為表現時，與婦科腫瘤之間的鑑別診斷則是一個困難的挑戰。在這裡，我們提出一個案例討論模仿婦科腫瘤的胃腸道基質瘤，並根據現有文獻進行討論。作為一名婦產科醫生，在遇到骨盆腔腫塊時，需要了解此類非典型表現，並在鑑別診斷中考慮到胃腸道間質瘤。

Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is arare neoplasm with nonspecific clinical manifestations, often incidentally discovered during surgery or through imaging studies. When presenting as apelvic mass, it poses aparticular challenge in the differential diagnosis of gynecological tumors. Here, we present acase discussing agastrointestinal stromal tumor mimicking agynecological tumor and provide areview based on the existing literature. As aprofessional obstetrician and gynecologist, it is crucial to be aware of such atypical presentations and consider GIST in the differential diagnosis when encountering pelvic masses.
