陰道透明細胞癌

Vaginal clear cell carcinoma

此病例報告呈現一名42歲女性因為連續異常陰道出血7個月而求診，最後診斷是第一期原發性陰道透明細胞癌，經手術與放射線治療，目前無復發情形。我們將針對此少見婦科癌症，介紹其症狀、風險因子、診斷與治療。

We present a42-year-old woman with abnormal vaginal bleeding for 7months. The final diagnosis was stage Ivaginal clear cell carcinoma. After surgery and radiation therapy, there is no recurrence currently. We describe the symptoms, risk factors, diagnosis, and treatment of this rare gynecologic cancer.
