桃園陸籍新住民訪談分析

筆者於2020年9月26日與10月11日對桃園陸籍新住民進行了兩次訪談。兩次訪談得以順利進行，受訪者對個人在臺經歷與融入社會感受都有較深度的談論，也敢於涉及某些較敏感的社會乃至政治問題（比如兩岸關係、臺灣政壇）；正面或負面的經驗與觀感基本上都能暢所欲言。本文從「原居地環境與背景」、「結緣與婚姻」、「對社會的適應狀況」、「職場求職」、「意識形態」等五個方面，對訪談進行歸類與分析。雖然接受訪談的桃園陸籍新住民人數不多，代表性有所欠缺，但也從側面反映出陸籍新住民的一般現狀。

On 26th September and 11th October 2020, the author conducted two interviews with new immigrants from Mainland China in Taoyuan. The two interviews were conducted smoothly, and the interviewees had in-depth discussions about their personal experiences in Taiwan and their feelings on social integration, they were willing to mention some sensitive social or political issues (such as cross-strait relations and Taiwanese politics); both positive and negative experiences and perceptions can be expressed freely. This paper classifies and analyzes interviews from five aspects: the environment and background of the place of origin, the relationship and marriage, the adaptation to society, the job seeking in workplaces, and ideology. Although it is not a sizable number of new immigrants in Taoyuan interviewed which seems underrepresented, it still reflects the general situation of new immigrants in Taoyuan from a certain aspect.
