本研究旨在了解國小教師閩南語教學的現況,以及探討不同背景變項之國小教師閩南語教學的態度。為達研究目的,以自編之「國民小學教師閩南語教學現況調查問卷」為研究工具,抽取500位高雄市國小實際擔任閩南語之教師,得有效問卷433份,並以平均數、標準差及t考驗、單因子變共數等統計方法了解現況及差異情形,研究主要結論如下:一、 國小教師閩南語教學擁有積極的教學態度。二、 「教學時數太少」、「專業師資不足」是國小教師實施閩南語教學時最大的困難與限制。三、 「閩南語兒歌、詩詞介紹賞析」、「閩南語說唱藝術」是國小教師目前最感需求的研究課程。四、 閩南語種子教師、科任教師、大型學校教師在閩南語的「教學理念」、「教材教法」上均擁有較佳的教學態度。五、 參與研習進修是閩南語教學態度表現優劣的關鍵。六、 科任教師的閩南語教學態度高於級任教師。根據以上研究結果,對教育行政當局、學校及教師個人提出建議。
英文摘要
The purpose of this study was to investigate the elementary school teachers’ attitudes of teaching Taiwanese. Five hundred teachers who taught Taiwanese in Kaohsiung municipal filled out the “The Teaching Taiwanese Situation Questionnaire”, which was edited by the researches. Data analysis was done on the 433 valid questionnaires with description statistics, t─test, one─way ANOVA.The major findings of this study were as follows:1. Elementary school teachers’ of teaching Taiwanese had toward the positive attitudes.2. The most difficulty and limit of implementing teaching Taiwanese curriculum was the shortage of teaching hours and professional subject teachers.3. Two training courses that elementary school teachers need most were the “Appreciation an Introduction of Taiwanese Nursery Rhymes and Poems” and “Taiwanese Folk Art”.4. Seeded teachers, subject teachers, and teachers in large─size school have better attitude on philosophy and methodology of teaching Taiwanese.5. Taking the training courses is the key point to have better or worse teaching attitude in teaching Taiwanese.6. Full─time Taiwanese teachers’ attitudes was higher than those of homeroom teachers.According to the results, suggestions for authorities of educational administration, elementary schools and teachers were provided.
