On Criminal Responsibility of AI Crimes and Application of AI in Criminal Procedures

本文在探討人工智慧犯罪及AI在刑事程序的運用，雖然分成弱人工智慧與強人工智慧論述，但重點置於目前弱人工智慧，並以自駕車為例討論AI犯罪，另外，對司法院建立的量刑系統也提出見解。

This paper discusses artificial intelligence (AI) crimes and the application of AI in criminal procedures. Although it is divided into weak artificial intelligence and strong artificial intelligence, it focuses on the current weak artificial intelligence, and discusses AI crimes with self-driving cars as an example. Moreover, this paper offers insights regarding the sentencing system established by Judicial Yuan.
