Tracheal Penetrating Injury Caused by the Bursting of Scattered Iron Pieces: A case report

A 41-year-old man presented at the emergency department of our hospital with a penetrating injury to his neck. The injury was sustained when the iron plate he was processing at the factory where he worked burst. A small penetrating wound over the anterior triangle of the neck was observed. His respiratory patterns were smooth, and his vital signs remained stable.
