開啟微型創業之旅：微型創業的創意與創新

Embarking on a Journey of Micro-Entrepreneurship: The Creativity and Innovation of Micro-Entrepreneurship

微型創業的開創是許多青年實現夢想的第一步，但因創業資源與知識的不足，在初期容易遇到創業機會開發、創新之不確定性、利害關係人互動連結等挑戰，導致難以順利投入微型創業。本文從「如何開啟微型創業項目」的角度出發，提出「機會開發—內外連結—體驗學習」概念架構，透過彙整微型創業的創意與創新九招自學工具，使有志於投入創業者能逐步地開啟微型創業項目，並在不斷嘗試與實驗的修正過程中，發展出屬於個人特色的微型創業品牌與人生。

Initiating micro-entrepreneurship represents the“entrepreneuring”towards fulfilling dreams for numerous young individuals. However, due to the lack of entrepreneurial resources and knowledge often engenders challenges during the nascent stages, including opportunity development, uncertainties in innovation, and stakeholder interactions. Consequently, embarking on micro-entrepreneurship becomes a formidable task. This study adopts an approach centered on“how to initiate micro-entrepreneurial projects”and presents a conceptual framework termed“opportunity development - internal and external connections-experiential learning.”By synthesizing nine self-learning tools encompassing creativity and innovation in micro-entrepreneurship, aspiring entrepreneurs can gradually pave the way for microentrepreneurial projects. Through an iterative process of relentless experimentation, refinement, and adaptation, they can develop their own unique micro-entrepreneurial brand and personal life journey.
