自主船舶管理之未來發展及因應對策

The Future Development and Responding Measures for Managing Autonomous Ship

隨著資訊科技的演進，全球已走入資訊化、數位化、智慧化的時代，為因應環境的變遷，自主船舶將為未來航運產業的趨勢，故為航商重視之重要議題。若自主船舶管理能有效地結合智慧化、數位化的創新科技，以有效能及有效率地掌控整體船岸運作，將可提高作業效率，降低成本，達到綠能、減碳的永續發展目的，並符合國際公約之要求。面對這些創新科技，自主船舶仍面臨許多挑戰。本研究將透過資料分析及研究訪談，探討創新科技，如大數據、區塊鏈、物聯網、人工智慧、自動控制科技如何妥善應用於自主船舶管理。本研究亦以科技創新應用於自主船舶為例，探討船舶科技、船員人力創新、船舶操作流程創新，其應用於自主船舶管理上可能面臨之挑戰及未來發展，期能提供業界之參考。

With the evolution of information technology, the world has entered into an era of informationization, digitization, and intelligence. For responding the changes in such environment, autonomous ship has become the trend of the shipping industry. Shipping companies have emphasized such an important issue. If shipping companies can integrate intelligent and digital innovative technologies, they can control overall ship/onshore operations effectively and efficiently. It can improve ship operation efficiency and reduce costs, and then achieve the goal of sustainable development of green energy and carbon reduction. At the same time, it can meet the requirements of relevant international conventions. However, while encountering these innovative technologies, shipping companies still face certain challenges in the future. This research explores innovative technologies such as big data, blockchain, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence through literature review and research interviews. Based on the above, this research explores autonomous ship technology in order to review autonomous ship management and its technological innovation by three dimensions: ship technology, crew manpower innovation, and ship management process innovation. Results aim to explore how to properly apply automatic control technology to autonomous ship management, as well as to overcome the difficulties and challenges when applying innovative technology to autonomous ship, in order to provide the industry's reference.
