談到美容衛生,一般印象就是洗手和消毒,然而真正的美容衛生教育,會深入講解洗手的步驟和重點,以及說明化學消毒法和物理消毒法的不同以及應用時機和流程,對從業人員來說,這些都是基本需知。美容技巧可以透過不斷地練習操作而熟練,但是美容衛生觀念必須有正確的學習才能清楚知道如何落實,以確保消費者的權益。個人工作室在美業產業中是容易被忽略的一個環節,但卻是與消費者面對面接觸,最前線的一環。為兼顧大學社會責任,學校單位應積極思考如何提供已投入相關工作人員的美容衛生教育訓練課程,提升美業整體的服務品質,同時結合在地關懷與溝通理解,與業者共創互利互惠的永續關係。本文在探討美容衛生的重要性以及如何設計課程,提供美業個人工作者學習或進修管道,透過教學與訪視,提升維繫美容業安全衛生的基本水平,善盡學校的社會責任。
英文摘要
When it comes to beauty hygiene, the general impression is handwashing and disinfection. However, real beauty hygiene education will explain in depth the steps and key points of hand washing, and the difference between chemical and physical disinfections, as well as the timing and process of application. which are basic knowledges for practitioners. Cosmetology skills can be mastered through continuous practice, but the concept of beauty hygiene must be learned correctly in order to clearly know how to implement it, so as to ensure the rights and interests of consumers. The personal studio is the front-line of consumer service, which is easily to be overlooked in the beauty industry. To take the social responsibility of the university, the school unit should think about how to provide beauty and hygiene training courses to those who invested in relevant business, and to improve the overall service quality. Meanwhile, work together with local care and community service, escalate communication and understanding to create a long-lasting mutually beneficial relationship. This article discusses the importance of beauty hygiene and how to design courses to provide individual workers with life-long learning or further training channels. Through teaching and visiting, it can hold the baseline of beauty hygiene, and improve service quality, as to fulfill the university's social responsibility.
