This study explores the relationship between employees' degree of immersion in the internal enterprise blog, commitment to the blog, relationship strength of the internal enterprise blog, and communication satisfaction. Data sources are returned questionnaires from the military, government, education, hospital, traditional manufacturing, electronics, insurance, and service industries. A total of 304 valid questionnaires were obtained, and regression analysis tested the hypothesis. The research results showed that the employees' degree of immersion in the internal enterprise blog could positively affect the commitment to the blog and relationship strength of the internal enterprise blog, thus improving employees' communication satisfaction. |
