In the educational scene of changing times and educational reforms, teachers are confronted with more challenges and need self-improvement and innovation, like coordinate education policies to adjust with promote business, coordinate course outline to adjust with curriculum and teach¬ing, and coordinate social customs to adjust the mode of handling, etc. All kind of thing effect on teacher job satisfaction. Through transform the principal’s leadership method, the elements of improving job satisfaction can be achieved. Using the primary school teachers in New Taipei City as an example, the paper will argue that the questionnaire research method with 315 valid questionnaires to analyze the relationship between distrib¬uted leadership and job satisfaction. The research found that: 1. Teachers’current situation of distributed leadership and job satisfaction is well; 2. Teacher perception different of distributed leadership in different positions and different part-time ad¬ministrative years, and perception different of job satisfaction in different school scales and different part-time administrative years; 3. Distributed leadership and job satisfaction are closely related; 4. Distributed leader¬ship has a positive influence on job satisfaction. Make specific suggestions based on the research results for the principal’s reference in promoting education policies. |
