The research results show that the principal of the interviewed school has conflicts and cooperation in the management of the parents’association, and the parents’association will also bring pres¬sure on the administrators to some extent. Therefore, most of the time, the principal and administrators can play a cooperative role for the sake of the school to bridge the divide. At the end of the paper, it is suggested that the school should adhere to the highest guiding principle of admin¬istration according to law when interacting with the parents’association, and strive for parents’approval to participate in the parents’association. The parents’association could provide suggestions for schools instead of interfering with the decision making. Furthermore, the principal should take into account the feelings of the parents’association and the admin-istrative staff, and it is important for the school leader not be biased. The administrative colleagues should communicate more with their immedi¬ate supervisors and be brave to speak out loud whenever they need help. |
