目的:穀木材料,一種新型的綠色環保仿木紋材料應運而生,目前主要應用在傢俱家裝行業,包括室內外傢俱、餐桌、牆面、地板等。本項塗料技術應用研究,旨在提供一種水性雙組份氟碳塗料開發方案,採用含氟單體同功能單體交替排列的共聚物,通過特殊工藝製成的水分散體樹脂,搭配HDI型異氰酸酯固化劑反應成膜,克服傳統水性塗料性能不足,並針對傳統水性啞光塗料耐水性、耐候性、耐髒汙性能下降等問題進行改善,使啞光塗料也能達到亮光塗料相同的物化性。方法:通過GB/T 25251-2010標準要求,本研究共通過漆膜外觀、乾燥條件等13項的標準做實驗,最後全部通過項目指標,均符合達標的要求。結果:(1)提高塗料的耐候性、高耐沾汙性、保色性功能。(2)施工性調整,提高塗料的穩定性及防流掛性。(3)提升水性塗料乾燥性。結論:(1)本發明將含氟基團引入丙烯酸酯聚合物中,不僅能夠保持丙烯酸酯聚合物漆膜原有的優異性能,而且有效地提高了漆膜的耐候性和防汙性,(2)本發明將經過特殊處理的疏水型二氧化矽消光粉應用在水性氟碳塗料中,大大提升了啞光塗料耐水性、耐候性、耐髒汙性,使得消光塗料達到亮光塗料相同的物化性,(3)本發明通過對制程方面的設計調整,使得疏水型消光粉能均勻的分散到水性體系中,增加體系的穩定性。(4)本發明採用聚氨酯型增稠劑與疏水改性堿溶脹型增稠劑互配的方式,可進一步增強塗料的結構,從而提高塗料的穩定性及防流掛性。如此,可以有效解決上述的仿木素材用水性塗料功能不足問題,有助於穀木材料行業等綠色環保產業發展。
英文摘要
Purpose: Valley wood material, a new type of green and environment-friendly wood like material, has emerged as the times require. At present, it is mainly used in the furniture and home decoration industry, including indoor and outdoor furniture, dining tables, walls, floors, etc. The purpose of this coating technology application research is to provide a development scheme of water-based two-component fluorocarbon coating, which uses the copolymer of flour monomers and functional monomers alternately arranged, the aqueous dispersion resin made by special process, and HDI type isocyanate curing agent to react to form a film, overcome the lack of performance of traditional water-based coatings, and improve the water resistance, weather resistance, dirt resistance and other problems of traditional water-based matt coatings, The matt coating can also achieve the same physical and chemical properties as the bright coating. Methods: According to the requirements of GB/T 25251-2010 standard, 13 standards such as paint film appearance and drying conditions were used in this study. Finally, all of them passed the project indicators and met the requirements of reaching the standard. Results: (1) Improve the weatherability, high stain resistance and color retention of the paint. (2) Construction adjustment to improve the stability and sagging resistance of the coating. (3) Improve the dryness of water-based paint. Conclusion: (1) The invention introduces fluorine group into acrylate polymer, which can not only maintain the original excellent performance of acrylate polymer paint film, but also effectively improve the weatherability and antifouling property of the paint film, the matting paint can achieve the same physical and chemical properties as the bright paint.(3) Through the design and adjustment of the manufacturing process, the hydrophobic matting powder can be uniformly dispersed into the aqueous system to increase the stability of the system. (4) The invention adopts the method of mixing polyurethane type thickener and hydrophobic modified alkali swelling type thickener, which can further strengthen the structure of the coating, thereby improving the stability and anti-sagging property of the coating. In this way, it can effectively solve the above problem of insufficient function of water-based coatings for wood like materials, and help the development of green environmental protection industries such as cereal wood material industry.
