Effectiveness analysis of support groups for drug addicts' family members

本文從團體成員探討毒品成因，以及毒品使用過程，含戒毒過程，探討如何從家屬開始內進行毒品相關處遇工作，以及進行輔導工作後的成效分析，以作者110年度臺南市衛生局毒品防治中心家屬團體工作為例，評估進行毒品處遇工作可能遭遇的困難為何，參與者有五位成員，團體歷程中發現成員接受結構跟自我約束的能力較弱，且成員都有低自尊等問題。但團體最後能夠幫助成員辨識以及修正自己對於家庭的負向互動技巧，壓力感受的覺察增加，以及團體效能提供知識性的學習，有效的取得社會支持，以及能夠向外尋求資源，藥癮者家屬支持團體具有特殊凝聚力，我們了解家庭對於毒品處遇現況，能提供未來給家屬心理輔導專業工作時的介入方向。

This article discusses the causes of drugs, the process of drug use, and the process of drug rehabilitation from group therapy, discusses how to conduct drug-related treatment from family members, and analyzes the effectiveness of counseling work. Based on the family group work as an example, evaluate the difficulties that may be encountered in carrying out drug treatment work. Tthere are five people in the group, during the group process, it was found that the members' ability to accept the structure and self-restraint was weak, and the members all had problems such as low self-esteem. But in the end the group improve members identify and correct their negative interaction skills with family, increased awareness of stress, and group effectiveness provides them with knowledgeable learning, effective access to social support, and the ability to seek out resources, drug addicts Family support groups have special cohesion. We understand the current situation of families dealing with drugs and can provide directions for future interventions for family members in the professional work of psychological counseling.
