日本新冠疫情(新型冠狀病毒肺炎(COVID-19))於2022年8月19日新增病例的人數為260,999人,12月28日新增216,219病例來到2022年的第8波高點,讓政府、企業都繃緊神經,嚴陣以待。因此,面對新冠疫情的對策下,如何透過遠距工作,讓企業與勞動者都能持續運作,乃是各單位相繼持續研究的重點。本研究針對遠距工作之定義與範圍進行說明,了解全日本推動遠距工作現況,並整理日本遠距工作的挑戰。第二節則針對日本厚生勞動省等政府與民間團體進行遠距工作問卷調查成效的解析。之後,透過日本總務省成立「後疫情時代遠距工作辦公室」,所提出「日本式遠距工作」模式進行研析,期望研究結果對於台灣推動遠距工作,可以做為借鏡之用。 |

The number of new cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) in Japan was 260,999 on August 19, 2022. Also, 216,219 new cases on December 28 reached the 8th wave high in 2022. The government and enterprises to be tense and taking it more seriously. Therefore, the strategies to counter the new crown epidemic on enable enterprises and employees to continue to operate through remote work will be the focus of this research's various units. This study explains the definition and scope of remote work, understands the status of promoting remote work in Japan, and sorts out the challenges of remote work in Japan. The second section analyzes the effectiveness of the remote work questionnaire survey conducted by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and other governments and non-governmental organizations. Afterwards, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan established the 'Remote Work Office in the Post-epidemic Era' and analyzed the 'Japanese-style remote work' model. Hence, that the research results was expected could be used as a reference for Taiwan to promote remote work. |
