Under international law, the state has complete authority to explore and utilize the land, sea, and space within its borders. That straightforward explanation clarifies a nation's sovereignty. However, the situation we find ourselves in is significantly different and even more problematic than we had anticipated. Due to the situation's complexity, the state frequently uses war to resolve it, resulting in the loss of human life. According to the theory advanced by eminent experts, including Aristoteles, Plato, John Locke, Socrates, and numerous other state experts and philosophies, the state's goal is to ensure the security and welfare of its society1. Still, this goal is threatened when disputes over international borders arise. |
