卵巢成熟畸胎瘤合併惡性轉化為多形性膠質母細胞瘤：一罕見之病例報告

Ovarian mature teratoma with malignant transformation to glioblastoma multiforme: a rare case report

卵巢成熟畸胎瘤合併惡性轉化並不常見，且此類疾病難以在手術前正確診斷，因此手術中避免腫瘤破裂導致腫瘤細胞擴散十分重要。我們呈現了一個35歲女性因為健康檢查意外發現的一11公分的卵巢腫瘤，行單側輸卵管卵巢切除手術後發現為卵巢成熟畸胎瘤合併惡性轉化為多形性膠質母細胞瘤之病例，並進行文獻回顧。

Mature teratomas are common ovarian neoplasm. They are typically benign; but rarely, malignant transformation within mature teratoma occurred. We report a case of glioblastoma multiforme arising from a mature teratoma. The patient was a 35-year-old woman with an asymptomatic ovarian mass. She subsequently received unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy due to a huge pelvic mass. The final pathology reported an ovarian mature teratoma with malignant transfor-mation to glioblastoma multiforme. Risk factors for ovarian mature teratoma with malignant transformation are larger tumor size and elevated tumor markers. It is challenging to make a diagnosis correctly preoperatively. Thus, avoiding intraoperative tumor spillage during surgical resection is important.
