本研究以有機紫錐菊(E. purpurea(Li.)Moench)花部為素材,以不同乾燥之製程,分別以冷凍乾燥與熱風乾燥之整朵花部,分析其活性成分之差異研究。結果顯示,冷凍乾燥優於熱風乾燥製程,其成分中的總酚(total phenols)差異達26.11%;多醣(crude polysaccharide)差異達10.00%;烷醯胺8/9 (Alkamide 8/9)差異達130.61%;總咖啡酸衍生物(total caffeic acid derivatives)差異達39.87%,其中總咖啡酸衍生物的咖啡醯酒石酸(caftaric acid)差異達49.86%、綠原酸(chlorogenic acid)差異達33.38%、洋薊酸(cynarin)差異達0.97%、松果菊苷(echinacoside)差異達7.02%、菊苣酸(cichoric acid)差異達38.62%;但咖啡酸(caffeic acid)熱風乾燥優於冷凍乾燥製程差異達14.19%。研究結論說明,冷凍乾燥相較熱風乾燥製程之成分產出,其活性較為優越,是為保留較佳活性成份之乾燥製程,以此研究之提出,做為紫錐菊原料處理與產品開發之參考。
英文摘要
In this study, the flower parts of organic E. purpurea (Li.) Moench were used as materials, and the whole petals were dried by freeze drying and hot-air drying. The purpose is to analyze its active ingredients. The results show that freeze drying is better than hot-air drying. The total phenols in its ingredients differ by 26.11%; the crude polysaccharide differs by 10.00%; the Alkamide 8/9 differs by 130.61%; total caffeic acid derivatives difference reached 39.87%, of which total caffeic acid derivatives difference of caftaric acid was 49.86%, chlorogenic acid difference was 33.38%, The difference in cynarin was 0.97%, the difference in echinacoside was 7.02%, and the difference in cichoric acid was 38.62%.But in terms of caffeic acid, hot-air drying is better than freeze-drying process, the difference is up to 14.19%. The conclusion shows that freeze drying has superior compared with hot-air drying process, which is a better process strategy. The purpose of this study is to serve as a reference for the treatment of E. purpurea(Li.)Moench petals.
