In this study, the flower parts of organic E. purpurea (Li.) Moench were used as materials, and the whole petals were dried by freeze drying and hot-air drying. The purpose is to analyze its active ingredients. The results show that freeze drying is better than hot-air drying. The total phenols in its ingredients differ by 26.11%; the crude polysaccharide differs by 10.00%; the Alkamide 8/9 differs by 130.61%; total caffeic acid derivatives difference reached 39.87%, of which total caffeic acid derivatives difference of caftaric acid was 49.86%, chlorogenic acid difference was 33.38%, The difference in cynarin was 0.97%, the difference in echinacoside was 7.02%, and the difference in cichoric acid was 38.62%.But in terms of caffeic acid, hot-air drying is better than freeze-drying process, the difference is up to 14.19%. The conclusion shows that freeze drying has superior compared with hot-air drying process, which is a better process strategy. The purpose of this study is to serve as a reference for the treatment of E. purpurea(Li.)Moench petals. |
