Contract disputes often occur. Through research methods such as literature review and in-depth interviews, there is discussion of the relationship between the entertainers and the agent, the content of the contract, the reasons for the dispute. The study found that most of the talent agency contract in our country are exclusive talent agency contract. The agent seems to be investing, training and managing entertainer. If the entertainer is not satisfied with the agent's arrangements, they cannot refuse or engage in other jobs on their own, so disputes are likely to arise. In addition, the content of the contract mostly regulates the entertainer, bit in order to obtain resources or lack the relevant knowledge of industry and law, the entertainer signs the contract before understanding it. As a result, disputes often arise due to the cognitive differences between the two sides of the contract. Finally, the study proposes specific policy recommendations as follows. 1. Standardizing the items to be recorded and not to be recorded by the way of standardized contract. 2. Establishing an insurance system during the period when entertainers provide labor services. 3. Legal subsidies being provided for economically disadvantaged entertainers. |
