In past research, the research of labor dispute management is rare. This research use perceived organization support to investigate the effect of labor dispute management on organization commitment, job satisfaction, ethical behavior, and work engagement. We adopt to perceive organizational support perspective to examine whether it plays a mediating role between labor dispute management on employee work outcomes.Our focus in this study is on front-line workers in the service industry, including department store counters, chain convenience stores, volume venders and retails. In order to reach a large pool of participants, we collect data from both entity questionnaires and from the internet-based questionnaire. |
