近年來,著重地方觀點為目標的PBE(place-based education)成為教育基礎,台灣各大學紛紛進行教育部所謂USR計畫。此類計畫是以幫助地方活性化及地方人才培育為目的,促進大學與地方的連結,並由大學與當地居民共同致力解決地方所面臨之各種課題。該教育理念當中的一環,便是強調人們對場所的意義賦予、感情,又可稱之為「地方感(sense of place)」的培養。作者本身屬於校方USR計畫國際連結型參與者一員,在擔綱的台日語言文化通識課程中,作者嘗試基於USR主旨,以台灣高雄市前草地區及日本愛媛縣作為USR計畫實踐場域,目的在培養學習者對前草地區的地方感。因此,本研究的目的有二,其一是敘述該課程各種課堂活動的實踐情況;其二是究明學習者在地方感培育的情况。本研究所採研究方法有二,一是根據「地方連結量表」所為之量性調查;二是根據作業、訪談資料所為之質性調查。本研究經由此混合研究方法分析結果明顯得知:透過田野調查、高雄介紹簡報的製作、台日學生線上交流等各種課堂活動,可有助於提升學習者對場域之地方感。此外,這也顯示對於該地域的地方感,將會往對該地域的社會責任育成方向發展而去。 In response to the global trend of educational views that emphasize social responsibility and citizenship, educational innovation represented by the USR project is being implemented in higher education in Taiwan, and one of the educational principles is to foster sense of place is emphasized. Japanese education in Taiwan is also shifting to a view of language and culture education that emphasizes cultural communication and the growth of citizenship. In order to foster a sense of responsibility and citizenship that contributes to both Japan and Taiwan by making full use of language, the sense of place must be positioned as one of the educational goals. Therefore, in this research, in the Kaohsiung Qian-Cao area, which is the field of the USR project, fieldwork by intercultural collaborative learning, regional introduction Japanese presentation, online exchange. We analyzed the development of learners' sense of place using quantitative and qualitative research materials. As a result, it became clear that the learner's sense of place was formed, this also shows that the sense of place in the region will be developed in the direction of fostering social responsibility for the region. |
