目的:由於加護病房照護知識及技能繁多且缺乏一致性整合,導致主管除了擔心臨床照護能力訓練不足及人才培訓中斷外,護理師面臨臨床照護壓力,亦缺乏學習目標及規劃,因此透過整合內外科加護病房專業課程及技術,以提供符合重症共通課程設計。
方法:透過整合及教學策略實施,以SPSS 軟體進行統計分析學習成效及滿意度。
結果:共294 位護理師參與此課程,整體上課平均滿意度4.59 分 (SD = 0.37),> 40歲之學習滿意度顯著大於其他年齡層(F = 8.349, p = .0000),≧ 4 年年資其學習滿意度高於< 1 年年資(F = 4.844, p = .001),學習成效呈顯著差異(t = –42.45, p < 0.0000)。
結論:此研究結果可提供主管統合不同重症專科屬性共同規劃在職教育之參考,以提升護理師參與學習之成效。 |

Objective: Although nurses have critical care knowledge, they may lack skills required to integrate it in intensive care units, and the interruption of their services for clinical care skill training is not feasible. Therefore, nurses face clinical care pressure and lack learning goals and plans. We integrated professional courses and technologies in the ICU to provide a curriculum design in line with intensive care training.
Methods: The learning effectiveness of the integrated teaching strategy and nurses’ satisfaction with the strategy were analyzed using SPSS software.
Results: In total, 294 nurses participated in the course, and the overall average satisfaction was 4.59 points (SD = 0.37). The learning satisfaction was significantly higher in nurses aged > 40 years than in nurses of other age groups (F = 8.349, p = 0.0000). Furthermore, those with ≥ 4 years of experience had a higher learning satisfaction than those with < 1 year of experience (F = 4.844, p = 0.001). Moreover, learning effectiveness was significantly different between the groups (t = −42.45, p < 0.0000).
Conclusion: The results of this study can provide a reference for supervisors in ICUs to plan critical education and to enhance the effectiveness of training courses and participation of nurses in learning. |
