The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between perceptions of social support, organizational identity, and job engagement in senior citizens learning center. This research takes the operation members of senior citizens learning centers as research objects and uses structural equation models to analyze path patterns. According to the result, first, operation team members perceived high social support, organizational identification, and job engagement. Second, both perceived social support and organizational identification will increase job engagement. Finally, perceived social support has a positive indirect effect on job engagement through the mediating role of organizational identity. |
