本研究旨在探討國小自然領域教師對核心素養的看法、教學困境與需求協助,採半結構訪談法蒐集資料。研究結果如下:一、除曾經參與研習活動教師外,多數自然領域教師對課程目標不太瞭解。二、在核心素養內涵方面,自然領域教師雖然肯定新課綱核心素養的理念,由於教師對於素養或核心素養的定義仍有疑慮,導致部分教師對於內涵不夠理解。三、個案自然領域教師在實施核心素養教學時,面臨的困境為教材選擇、課程設計與評量的實施。四、自然領域教師實施核心素養教學需要的協助,包括:1.增進研習活動內涵與提供實作課程;2.增加示範教學與觀課的次數;3.增加共同備課的機會;4.擴大與校外教師交流合作;5.利用網路平台,公開核心素養相關資訊與教學示範影片。
英文摘要
This study aims to investigate elementary school natural science teachers’perceptions on core competencies, teaching predicaments and assistance needs. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect data. The research results are as follows: 1. Except for those who had participated in workshop activities, most natural science teachers indicated little knowledge of curriculum objectives. 2. With respect to core competencies, though the teachers interviewed advocated the vision of core competencies defined in the new Curriculum Guidelines, doubts were expressed about the clarity of the definition of competencies or core competencies. Such confusion in turn contributed to an insufficient understanding of the content of core competencies among some teachers. 3. The majority of teachers reported facing predicaments in such areas as teaching material selection, curriculum design, and assessment when implementing core competencies in their teaching. 4. To implement core competencies in teaching, teachers needed assistance in the following aspects: enhancing the content of workshop activities and provision of hands-on programs; increasing the frequency of demonstration teaching and classroom observation; increasing opportunities for collaborative lesson preparation; expanding exchanges and cooperation with teachers from other schools; using network platforms to publicize core competency-related information and teaching demonstration videos.
