英語數位學習平台之關鍵成功因素──以大專英語教師為例

Key Success Factors in Applying Online English Learning Websites from the View of Successful English Learners

利用網路已成為現今流行的學習方式之一，數位學習可提供多元化教材讓學習者方便隨時使用，儘管不少學者採用各種研究方法探討數位學習，從不同的評估方式來判別數位學習效果及關鍵成功因素，但著墨於英語學習部分的研究仍不多，本研究探討英語數位學習效果之關鍵成功因素，運用層級分析法進行深入了解，目的在瞭解成功英語學習者應用數位學習效果考量之關鍵成功因素。本研究設計英語數位學習平台關鍵成功因素問卷，以南台灣某科技大學使用英語數位學習平台之英語教師為研究對象，透過層級分析法，以了解研究對象對英語數位學習關鍵成功因素之優先考量順序，本研究發現在數位學習滿意度的關鍵成功因素中，以「實用性」為最重要因素，其次為「便利性」，再者為「娛樂性」。研究者並依據研究發現做成結論並提出建議及未來研究方向。

Online learning has become one of the most popular learning methods nowadays. Online learning can provide a wide range of materials to make learners easy to use at any time. Though a lot of research had been done with different methods to investigate the effect, and the factors of successful digital learning by differentiated evaluation ways, the research focused on English learning is still not enough. The study aimed to investigate successful English learners' opinions about the key factors of English online learning websites through analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Participants of this study were college English teachers using English digital learning websites from southern Taiwan. Data were collected from those teachers' responses in English Online Learning Questionnaire. Through analytic hierarchy process, ‘practicality' was the most critical factor that affected English online learning satisfaction; ‘convenience' and ‘entertainment' were the second, and the third, respectively. Based on the findings, the researchers drew a conclusion and provided some suggestions in English learning and teaching and the future research.
