Online learning has become one of the most popular learning methods nowadays. Online learning can provide a wide range of materials to make learners easy to use at any time. Though a lot of research had been done with different methods to investigate the effect, and the factors of successful digital learning by differentiated evaluation ways, the research focused on English learning is still not enough. The study aimed to investigate successful English learners' opinions about the key factors of English online learning websites through analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Participants of this study were college English teachers using English digital learning websites from southern Taiwan. Data were collected from those teachers' responses in English Online Learning Questionnaire. Through analytic hierarchy process, ‘practicality' was the most critical factor that affected English online learning satisfaction; ‘convenience' and ‘entertainment' were the second, and the third, respectively. Based on the findings, the researchers drew a conclusion and provided some suggestions in English learning and teaching and the future research. |
