岸田政権の成立と課題：内部の権力構造を焦点として

標榜繼承「安倍政治」的菅義偉首相於2021 年7 月中旬表示再度問鼎自民黨總裁的意願，卻於同年9 月3 日宣布退出，在短短不到二個月的時間出現重大的變化，震撼日本政壇。菅義偉首相宣布退選後，自民黨總裁選舉；自民黨幹部的人事佈局；國會的首相指名選舉；新內閣的組成；眾議院解散與重新選舉；新政權的啟動等，政治上的重大事件在短時間內一件接著一件展開，令人目不暇給。岸田文雄在激烈的自民黨總裁選舉中獲勝，也順利贏取眾議院選舉，開啟了「後安倍時代」。然而，誕生於派閥政治的岸田政權是否能夠順應民意，擺脫安倍政治的窠臼，展現獨自的領導權，將是岸田政權面臨的挑戰。
Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga;who came into the inheritance of “Abe politics”;expressed around the middle of July his will to run for the president of the Liberal Democratic Party. However;later on September 3rd he announced his withdrawal. In less than two months;the drastic changes shocked the Japanese political arena. After Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga announced his withdrawal;major political events;such as the election of the Liberal Democratic Party's president;the personnel arrangement of the Liberal Democratic Party's cadres;the nomination of the Prime Minister on the parliament;the formation of the new cabinet;the dissolution and re-election of the House of Representatives;and the launch of the new regime;unfolded one after another in a short period of time. Fumio Kishida won the fierce Liberal Democratic Party presidential election;as well as the House of Representatives election;ushering in the “post-Abe era.” For the Kishida regime that derives from factional politics; it faces many challenges on whether it can comply with public opinion;shake off the stereotypes of Abe politics;and show its unique leadership.

「安倍政治」継承を標榜した菅義偉首相は2021 年7 月中旬の時点では自民党総裁再選への意欲を示していたが；同年9 月3 日に不出馬を表明；二ヶ月に満たない短期間での急変に日本の政界は揺れた。菅総理の声明後には；総裁選；党幹部人事；国会での首班指名；新内閣成立；衆院解散・総選挙；新政権始動と短時間に政治上の大きな出来事が次から次へと続き；目を離す暇もなかった。岸田文雄が熾烈な選挙戦をくぐり抜けて自民党総裁に当選；衆院選挙にも順調に勝利したことで「ポスト安倍時代」が幕を開けた。しかし；派閥政治の中で生まれた岸田政権は；民意に応え；「安倍政治」の枠から脱却して独自のリーダーシップを発揮できるか否かという課題に直面している。
