婦女學習電腦是否會提升生活品質之探討

A Study on The Relationship Between Wemen Learning Computers and The Quality of Life

隨著科技的進步，學習電腦和網路使用及資訊的應用，儼然已成為我們生活中的一部份，但婦女卻有很大的數位落差。婦女本身的學習需求內涵與家庭因素、個人因素、心理因素都有很大的關係。很多婦女忙於家務或孩子或工作性質之因都較少有學習機會。因此婦女的生涯發展任務，其在進行規劃時，不論是要再就業、轉換工作領域或重返學校繼續接受教育，常會面臨許多問題，如年齡、時間、金錢的限制。如何針對婦女提供符合其需求的學習電腦教育課程，使其不僅可兼顧家庭、婚姻、工作與自我成長，並有能力處理多重角色間所產生的衝突，就顯得格外的重要。基於縮短婦女數位落差的觀點及相關學習活動及過去研究的經驗，本研究選定彰化市作為研究調查的範圍，並依據樣本選取彰化市婦女學院電腦班婦女作為資料蒐集的對象。透過彰化市婦女學院電腦課程的學習，探討婦女學習電腦是否能提升生活品質，並以學習電腦為主要目標，利用層級分析法（AHP）分析探討生活品質、自我信心、數位落差、人際關係四個主要因素在學習過程中的成效，及16個次要因素在學習電腦後的影響及幫助。

With the booming of technology, computer learning has already become a part of our daily life, but since women are usually busy with housework, they have less time to learn. The demand connotation of learning within women themselves is related to family, personal, and psychological factors. Considering women's duty in their life, they often encounter restrictions of age and time while trying to get back to work, switch to a new career, or return to school. Thus, the courses must meet women's demands so that they can not only learn but also take care of family, marriage, work, self-development, and handle the conflict of multiple roles of themselves. Based on features of economic development, lack of related learning activities, and the experiences of research, we chose Changhua County as our research area, and the women learning computer in Changhua Women College as our research subjects. Through the courses, we explore whether learning computers can promote the quality of their life. We use AHP to analyze the quality of life, self-confidence, digital divide, and relationship during the learning process to see the performances, and 16 secondary factors after the courses to know the effects.
