With the booming of technology, computer learning has already become a part of our daily life, but since women are usually busy with housework, they have less time to learn. The demand connotation of learning within women themselves is related to family, personal, and psychological factors. Considering women's duty in their life, they often encounter restrictions of age and time while trying to get back to work, switch to a new career, or return to school. Thus, the courses must meet women's demands so that they can not only learn but also take care of family, marriage, work, self-development, and handle the conflict of multiple roles of themselves. Based on features of economic development, lack of related learning activities, and the experiences of research, we chose Changhua County as our research area, and the women learning computer in Changhua Women College as our research subjects. Through the courses, we explore whether learning computers can promote the quality of their life. We use AHP to analyze the quality of life, self-confidence, digital divide, and relationship during the learning process to see the performances, and 16 secondary factors after the courses to know the effects. |
