急診職場暴力與護理人員之韌性

Emergency Workplace Violence and Resilience of Nursing

職場暴力是全球普遍存在，其中以急診護理人員發生率最高。急診職場暴力發生原因有其多樣性，皆會導致職場護理人力流失，降低護理品質、增加病人安全問題與增加醫院成本。職場暴力被視為護理人員面對的職場逆境，而職場逆境又可以視為負面的壓力、創傷或困難的情況。韌性是當個體經歷了顯著的逆境，卻能夠成功地正向適應與展現能力的一種動力過程。本文將透過文獻查證針對急診職場暴力現象，探討如何運用韌性策略於護理人員職場，以解護理人力短缺之燃眉之急。

"Workplace violence is widespread worldwide, with emergency nurses having the highest incidence. There are various causes of workplace violence in emergency departments, all of which will lead to the loss of workplace nursing manpower, reduce the quality of care, increase patient safety issues, and increase hospital costs. Workplace violence can be seen as workplace adversity and be seen as negative stress, trauma or difficult situations. Resilience is a dynamic process when people experience obvious adversity and can positively adapt successfully. This article examines phenomenon of emergency workplace violence through literature review and discusses how to use resilience strategies in the workplace of nursing staff to solve the urgent need for nursing manpower shortage."
