創業教育在科技大學的實踐──多元跨領域創業及領導者培育課程以保健營養系為例

Applied Entrepreneurial Education in the University: A Practical Example from the CGUST Department of Nutrition and Sciences

創業家精神對一個國家或社會的發展至關重要，而「教育」則是滋養創業家精神的關鍵要素。對於台灣的科技大學而言，培育與供應創業人才，是一個無可逃避的責任和重要貢獻。然而，不可諱言的是，台灣目前大學沿襲舊式的傳統教育方式，以致對於培育創業家人才的效能不彰。有鑑於此，本研究以科技大學生為主體，探索更具效能的創業教育新方式，其中包括採用以認知學徒理論為學理基礎的教學策略，從課程的設計、安排到學生實務操作的體驗學習。研究結果顯示，這套有系統的創業教學的課程，對培育學生的創業職能與創業動機具有顯著的效果。最後，本研究也提出對於後續創業教育的建議與未來發展的期待。

"Entrepreneurship is the ability and motivation to develop and participate in a business venture with the intention of making a profit. The role of entrepreneurship in any economy is critical, as it contributes to the socio-economic development of societies in various ways. As an university in Taiwan, it’s an inevitable responsibility and important contribution to nurture future entrepreneurs. Many universities in Taiwan have remained traditional education to foster future entrepreneurs. In order to improve the situation, based on the cognitive apprentice theory, through teaching strategy, design of class activities and hands-on operation and practices, this project explores new and effective ways of entrepreneur education in Chang Gung University of Science & Technology. The results shows that not only the project develops new systematic entrepreneurs training program that motivates students, and it also demonstrate significant effectiveness in entrepreneurship competencies training. Finally, the study will be making suggestions on future development of entrepreneur education."
