技職學術化：一個技職教育史哲課程的發想與行動實踐

TVE Academicalization: The Development and Practices of Curriculum of History and Philosophy of TVE

以往技職和學術被視為兩個涇渭分明的概念，技職學術化也常被視為技職教育向普通教育傾斜的負向名詞，然而我們是否需要對此名詞做重新的理解與界定？本研究在追問什麼是技職學術化？如何落實技職學術化？在此問題意識下，研究者希望透過相關課程設計來為技職學術化的工程奠基。首先採取文獻分析，探討技職學術化的理論基礎。其次以行動研究取向，依據文獻分析的結果形成「技職教育史哲」的課程框架並發展教學活動，復由研究者和助理、參與的碩博士班研究生組成行動研究小組，採取單元課程回饋、facebook平台討論、焦點座談會議及問卷調查等策略，針對該課程的目標、過程、結果進行持續性的反思與修正。研究發現增加古代工匠教育演化、從普通教育或技術倫理學觀點來思考技職教育問題、進而結合數位平台促成史哲與工程學門專家的線上辯證皆是未來可行的方向。此外，研究者亦希望能持續以「教與學之學術研究」（SoTL）的視角就技職學術化相關主題進行探討，以便開啟更多技職學術化的對話和研究的積累。

"Generally speaking, technological and vocational education （TVE） and academic education were considered to be two distinct concepts. TVE academicalization is regarded as a negative term that should be reversed. Is TVE academicalization a wrong direction? It is necessary to re-define and re-recognize the meaning of TVE academicalization. This study aimed to explore what is TVE academicalization? Can TVE be academicalized? And how to academicalize TVE? We adopted literature analysis to investigate the nature and fundamental basis of TVE. We also developed a curricula framework of history and philosophy of TVE and reflected continually through class discussion, facebook feedback, focus group and questionnaire. Preliminary research results have been achieved. The main findings of this study suggested that adding the topics of the evolution of ancient craftsmanship, investigating the TVE issues from the perspectives of general education and ethic of technology, and further applying e-learning platforms to contribute the online argumentation among experts of history, philosophy and engineering are all available strategies. Besides, we also look forward to accumulating more literature of TVE and provoking more productive discussion on this issue by SoTL approach."
