"In recent years, the trend in business communication courses has been in using case studies to develop problem solving skills. This study investigates the possibility of improving business problem solving skills by analyzing the effect of learning by email, and proposes a novel approach to learning problem solving skills.This investigative study aimed to use case studies as the foundation. In an interactive manner, convey one's thoughts to others, and by accepting the other party's response and deepening understanding of one's own thoughts, re-examine one's own thoughts.This investigative study found that by understanding the other party's thoughts, it brings a effect of ''deepening understanding through interaction'', re-examining their own thoughts by the learners. The results of this investigative also verify the possibility of mutual learning. The effects of the case study can be divided into five categories, and the direction of future studies can be proposed. 近年來所盛行的商務溝通的課程中,多以培養問題解決能力為目標,並導入案例來進行學習。因此本稿將探討商務上的問題解決能力提升的可能性,並分析以電子郵件來進行案例學習會帶來如何的效果,再者從其結果來對未來的指導方向提出建言為目的。因此進行了調查硏究。本研究的調查目的是以案例教材的課題為基礎。將自己的思考內容具體化傳達給他人(對方),接受他人的思考內容並加深理解,進而重新檢視自己的思考內容。本研究的調查結果發現,學習者透過對他人的思考內容的理解可帶來「以相互作用來加深理解」的效果,學習者可重新檢視自己的思考內容。由本調查所得到的結果也驗證了相互學習的可能性。此外,將案例學習的效果分為五類,並且提出今後指導的方向性。" |
